The Township of West Lincoln is inviting qualified cleaners and cleaning companies to present proposals for cleaning services relating to the regular cleaning of multiple Township facilities including Township Hall, Fire Station 1, Fire Station 2, and the Public Works building. The locations in question are 318 Canborough St. (Township Hall), 344 Canborough St. (Fire Station #1), 8635 Silver St. (Fire Station #2), and 6218 London Rd. (Public Works building). Each building/location has unique cleaning needs. Township Hall requires daily (weekday) cleaning after regular hours (8:30-4:30). See attached for specific cleaning responsibilities at this location. Fire Station #1 requires a once weekly cleaning. See attached for specific cleaning responsibilities at this location. Fire Station #2 requires a once weekly cleaning. See attached for specific cleaning responsibilities at this location. Public Works requires cleaning three times a week. See attached for specific cleaning responsibilities at this location. The Township would appreciate your organization’s reply in the form of a proposal, identifying an expression of interest, qualifications, relevant related experience, company methodology, corporate philosophy, and cost to successfully complete works associated with this project. |
